Authentic antique 19th century Russian icon of the Mother of God of Kazan .The icon is finely hand painted on the wood panel covered with fabric and encased with the repoussé and hand chased brass oklad engraved in Cyrillic alphabet “Kazanskaia”. Dimensions: 22cm x 17, 5 cm (8 5/8 in x 6 7/8 in). Condition: The icon is in the original good condition with a nice old patina. No repairs or restorations.
